AG Denise George: Fugitive Apprehended by V.I. Dept. of Justice Special Agents

Warrant issued by Texas Court for the arrest of Adan Garza on child sex abuse charges (U.S. Virgin Islands)- V.I. Attorney General Denise N. George announced that Adan Garza Jr. of St. Croix was arrested this evening at the King Christian Hotel by Special Agents of the Virgin Islands Dept. of Justice (VIDOJ) after the agents were alerted that Garza was a fugitive from justice and wanted out of the State of Texas on felony child sexual abuse charges.

Attorney General files motion to revoke release of 26-year-old man arrested while on release on other violent criminal charges

(U.S. Virgin Islands)- V.I. Attorney General Denise George announced the filing of a motion to revoke the release of 26-year-old Dasha Graham who was arrested while on release for other violent criminal charges. Graham, arrested on November 10, 2021, was advised of his rights today in V.I. Superior Court on St. Croix. He is charged with several crimes including possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and possession of stolen property.

AG Denise George: Mother pleads guilty to child abuse in 2019 death of 4-yearold son, Aaron Benjamin

(U.S. Virgin Islands)- V.I. Attorney General Denise George has announced that Delicia Daniel, who was facing multiple criminal charges in the death of her son, 4-year-old Aaron Benjamin Jr. in 2019, has plead guilty to Child Abuse in violation of 3 V.I.C. § 505(a). A plea hearing was held on Friday, October 22, 2021, in the Superior Court of St. Croix. On October 4, 2021, Delicia Daniel, 31, signed a written Plea Agreement.

V.I. Dept. of Justice Employees Donate to Cancer non-profit Organization

(U.S. Virgin Islands)- V.I. Dept. of Justice employees delivered a check for $350 to Ribbons for a cure on St. Croix. The cancer financial assistance program aims to provide cancer outreach and support in the community through education and awareness initiatives. “2020 and 2021 has been challenging years for everyone on so many levels, both personal and business.
