Clerical Assistant

DUTIES OF WORK:
- Filing court documents and pleadings into individual files
- Updating and maintaining current calendars for attorneys
- Data entry into case management database o Maintaining and organizing individual case files scheduling and confirming interviews, meetings, and appointment for attorneys
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Projects such as gathering information by phone, letter, email or in person Supporting the reception desk
- Assists the records manager in closing out, sorting, and organizing cases for storage
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of the twelfth school grade and two (2) years of clerical experience or completion of 2 years of college in lieu of experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of general office machines such as fax, copiers, printers computers
- Knowledge of the general organization of the department
- Ability to perform general and routine clerical tasks
- Ability to understand, follow and relay oral and written instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and all persons in contact during the course of work
