The Virgin Islands Department of Justice Paternity and Child Support Division (PCSD) is pleased to inform the public that the installation, testing, and activation of its new telephone system is now complete and fully functional in all districts.
Telephone services have been fully restored in the St. Thomas/St. John/Water Island (STT/STJ/WI) and St. Croix (STX) districts.
