Attorney General Gordon C. Rhea Issues Response to Senator Kenneth L. Gittens’ Public Correspondence

St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands — Attorney General Gordon C. Rhea today released his written response to the January 14th correspondence from Senator Kenneth L. Gittens concerning the morgue and forensic pathology services which has been publicly circulated and reported by multiple media outlets.

In the interest of transparency and to ensure the public has access to complete and accurate information, the Attorney General’s response is being provided for public record.

The attached letter addresses the matters raised and outlines the status of the issue, consistent with the Office’s legal obligations and responsibilities.
