U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – An innovative event aimed at celebrating and empowering mothers was held recently at the UVI 13D Research and Strategy Innovation Center. The inaugural “Mothers Matter Empowerment Event”, initiated by the Access and Visitation Program (AVP) of the V.I. Department of Justice (DOJ) Paternity and Child Support Division (PCSD), was organized in collaboration with six partner agencies. The event was dedicated to honoring 50 exceptional mothers for their unwavering dedication and resilience.
U.S. Virgin Islands — Acting V.I. Attorney General Ian S.A. Clement announces the conclusion of the distribution process for the proceeds from a 2017 Kmart Settlement. As per the terms of the agreement, a sum of $638,553.16 was disbursed to settle allegations of overbilling the U.S. Virgin Islands Medicaid Program.

Dept. of Justice (VIDOJ) Special Agents (SID), and the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) unit on St. Thomas. Chinnery was arrested for failure to comply with registration requirements for sex offenders in the Virgin Islands.
