V.I. Department Of Justice Paternity And Child Support Offices Will Provide Limited Services Sept. 30-Oct.12

(U.S. Virgin Islands)- Attorney General Denise George announces that The Paternity and Child Support Division (PCSD) offices in the territory will be providing limited services Territory wide from September 30, 2021, to October 12, 2021, to transition to a new platform.

The agency will migrate its existing platform of the agency’s Child Support Tracking and Reporting System (CSTARS) to the new one as part of the much-anticipated upgrade and modernization project. The reduction in services is necessary to facilitate the work. Director Terrence D. Joseph, said during the system migration, the agency will continue to accept incoming payments by check and money order, however outgoing payments will not be processed until the migration is complete and the new system is brought on-line.

New Applications for Services will be accepted then processed when the system becomes available.
Inquiries and/or requests for services will continue to be accepted through any of the following methods:

➢ Hand delivery to the drop boxes located at PCSD offices in both districts
➢ Conventional mail to Paternity and Child Support, 8000 Nisky Center, Suite 500, 2nd Floor, St. Thomas, VI 00802 or 3018 Estate Orange Grove, Suite 4, Christiansted, VI 00820
